In fact, Treyarch has confirmed that Call of Duty Black Ops will be released November 9^th, 2010.

Black Ops will be available to the Microsoft Window operating systems, PlayStation 3, Wii, Nintendo DS, and the Xbox 360 consoles. The highly anticipated Black Ops is about 2 months from being released, however, a high volume of pre-orders has brought the game to 8^th best seller on Amazon Video Games.
