Searching all over the internet for an Xbox 360 red light repair guide?

If you own an Xbox 360 then there’s a good possibility you’ve either encountered or heard of the Red Rings of Death (RROD). You’ll know when you have the RROD because the three lights that are usually green on the front of your 360 will turn to 3 red lights. What these red lights are telling you is that a general hardware error has happened and that you can’t play your system. Throughout my time on the internet I’ve only come across a few sources of info that really shows you how to fix your broken Xbox 360. You can check out my favorite one here, at The Xbox 360 red light fix

Once I learned about an Xbox 360 red light repair, I felt that I should share the resources that I used that helped me successfully repair not only my own, but a few other Xbox 360’s as well. This was amazing since I learned that on average 35% of all Xbox 360’s are expected to fail in their lifetime. If this statistic is accurate then that would mean there are thousands of people out there facing this same dilemma with the red lights and need a repair for their system. Whether or not this percentage is accurate, I want to help other people by showing them the proper resource that will help them repair their Xbox 360’s for good.

I wouldn’t be writing this if what I found didn’t work, and it’s because it did work, and worked so well that I’m taking the time out of my day to tell you about it. And it’s also because I know those who are experiencing this issue will find this information really beneficial. Before I tell you about the fix-it guides that I’ve found I want you to know that I’m not referring to those risky methods found online that require you to solder different parts together inside your Xbox 360, or wrap it in a towel and let it over-heat. What I’m referring to are completely different repairs that are easy and simple, with no risk and completely resolve the red lights. The reason why an Xbox 360 gets the Red Rings of Death is because the console tends to overheat and when it hits maximum breaks down. The repair required once you get the RROD will be to make only a small adjustment to the cooling unit and you will have a repaired Xbox 360 that wont ever get the RROD again.

The way in which I was able to do my own Xbox 360 red light repair was by stumbling upon a repair guide on the net known as the Xbox red light fix. Right when I saw the guide I knew that it was different from everything that I had found on the net, especially since it offered to have your 360 repaired in under one hour. I can’t say that any of the other fix-it methods I had found were able to make a guaranteed claim, nor was there any confidence in the methods they were promoting. I can’t say there was a guarantee at all for any of the other repair methods online. So with the guide I did find, that offered a solid guarantee, I looked into it a little deeper. I noticed right off the bat that this repair guide gives you high definition video walking you through a detailed set of tutorials on how to repair a 360. I immediately knew that I had definitely found something – so I figured I’d give it a whirl. After all I was sick and tired of Microsoft and not getting my Xbox 360 returned back from them repaired. I mean, of course my warranties were expired – I got my console when it first came out. If you wan’t to solve the RROD error and fix your 360 for good then check out the Xbox 360 red light repair.

By using the well laid out and simple instructions I was able to have my system repaired in exactly 57 minutes. When I pieced my console back together and started it up those red rings were long gone. This is certainly an invaluable Xbox 360 red light repair guide that did it’s job just like it said it would. I can’t tell you how happy I am to have found a solution to the red rings of death. Before I found this guide I had totally fried my old 360 because I used the “Towel Method” – I mean I was desperate. Coming from someone who’s been there try and stay away from those methods you’ll find online like “The Towel Trick”. That is the one that destroyed my old 360. If you’d rather not mess around, especially considering your system is expensive, just check out this guide and you might be surprised at how well it works. This is probably the best alternative to take when you think about all the disinformation that’s out there. Check em out at here at the, Xbox 360 Repair Guides

Headsets for Gamers: Tricks to terrific sound

Every warrior from matador to jet jockey prizes his gear, so a good headset is a must for the ultimate gaming experience. This is especially true today, with most games rendered with high-definition audio effects.

Gaming headsets should be rated on five qualities: sound, noise cancellation, microphone, cable length and most of all, comfort.

Anyone who’s left an all-night gaming session with buzzing head and sore ears will want to make comfort the number-one priority. There’s only one way to judge a headset’s comfort: Wear it. Seriously. Clap the thing on your head for at least 15 minutes and let the feeling soak into your body and brain. How soft and thick is the padding. Do the cups cover all of your ear(s)? Does the ear bud fit comfortably in your ear? Can you adjust the headset? Does it weigh down your head? Keep checking this factors until you find the right headset for you.

After comfort, getting the full sound realism of game play is the most important asset in a headset. Look for “surround sound” in a headset; newer headsets come with 5.1 digital audio encoded to heighten this effect. In-line volume and mute control will allow setting the proper speaker levels, and a good strong bass is another must. As veterans gamers say, if the explosions don’t rattle your teeth, the game isn’t worth it.

Microphones are another essential for a gaming headset. Some headsets carry an external microphone to pick up external noise and invert it to cancel unwanted noise. Another kind of noise can be a factor if choosing a wireless headset with Bluetooth or RF capacity. While wireless units allow freedom of movement, they can suffer signal loss and can be susceptible to hisses, pops, static and other audio horrors. If opting for a wired headset, be sure to get one with a cable with a minimum length of 2 meters to allow for plenty of movement. An extra-long cable or additional cable may be necessary if gaming with a console.

Here are some examples of the latest in gaming headsets:

GameCom’s P20, a portable headset with good versatility for the Sony PSP. All the best is here in an entry-level headset: “surround sound” stereo, noise-canceling microphone, dual earbuds, in-line volume and mute control. GameCom P20’s Flex Grip keeps headset comfortably on the head while a QuickAdjust boom positions the microphone precisely.

Plantronics’ GameCom X20 headset for Xbox offers in-the-ear design with Flex Grip, a flexible boom and a noise-canceling microphone.

Plantronics backs its GameCom X10 headset for Xbox 360 and Xbox with a one-year quality warranty. It features extra cushioning, an over-the-head design, an extended boom a noise-canceling microphone and inline volume and mute controls.

Veteran gamers ready to shift their playing experience into the highest gear – or newbies who want plunge off the cliff for the rush – can crown their strategies with the ultimate quality of Plantronics GameCom X30 for Xbox headset. This top-of-the-line console gaming headset covers all the bases for quality: noise-canceling microphone, extended boom, single-ear coverage, inline volume and mute, and a hot, hip design that would shoot you to the top of heap in no time.

Prices run from a low of around $25 for a basic headset to as much as $150 for a console gaming “ultimate experience.”

Why Your Shaman Needs the PvP Bible

PvP combat is in your Shaman’s future, even if you’ve avoided it so far. WotLK has brought a new emphasis to World of Warcraft’s World PvP. The shape of things to come is apparent in the new real time PvP battle zone called Lake Wintergrasp. There, the fact of life is always-on, real-time World PvP.

In Lake Wintergrasp you battle on the live server to earn points that allow you to buy a wide variety of special items such as the new Heirloom items. These are items that any character in their account from level 1 to 80 and beyond can take advantage of.

With Lake Wintergrasp’s high popularity, and the trend toward PvP combat in the gaming industry, there will surely be even more World PvP in the future. So let’s talk about how your Shaman is going to cope with the changes.

Playing a Shaman class character in World of Warcraft PvP can be incredibly fun because of all the things they can do in PvP combat. Whether they’re throwing down an armful of offensive and defensive totems, or slicing up the enemy using Windfury, Shaman can do it all. And they do it with style and power. But the downside of all that versatility means there’s a significant amount of learning you must do if you want to play a Shaman in PvP without dying continuously.

What makes playing a Shaman hard to learn is the same thing that makes it so cool: all those totems. The Shaman class has multiple different elemental specs with more than 30 totems combined. For example, the Grounding Totem which disrupts attacks while Earthshock interrupts them. Poison Cleanse which removes poisons as they are cast at you. Depending on which totem your Shaman uses, they can dispel attacks, keep Rogues out of combat, absorb the Warrior’s Intercept, and slow a Hunter. Think of any situation that might come up in PvP combat, and there’s a totem that’s just right for it.

This means that succeeding as a Shaman in PvP depends on your skill with using your totems. Get this right and you’ll kick tail. Get this wrong and you’ll spend most of your time waiting to be resurrected. While there’s a huge variety, a Shaman can only create so many totems so fast. If you don’t know which to cast when, and how to keep them up while using your mana efficiently, your Shaman will run out of mana and totems while the enemy is still standing. Then they’re doomed.

Do you see now why a quality Shaman PvP Guide should be at the top of your shopping list? In a quality guide, you’ll learn which totems to use against which opposing classes. You’ll learn which totems to deploy against each class and when to deploy them to keep your Shaman alive and feisty against whichever class of opponent dares to come your way. It will show you the best way to defeat opponents from each classes in one on one duels. And it will show you ways that your Shaman can best fit into each type of multiplayer team.

Since the best PvP Guide will include the hard-earned experience of veteran players, it will contain tricks of the trade that are not obvious to newer players. It will leave very little if anything out of the equation, and save you the time it would take to learn everything on your own. Why spend the next few weeks or months at the bottom of the ranking, unsure about which totem to use when, getting slaughtered by more experienced players when you can slash the length of your learning curve with a quality Shaman PvP Guide?

Games to Look forward to

With a pretty quiet time for game releases recently, I thought this would be a good idea to make sure everyone is in the loop as to what games are being released for the rest of the year.

There have only been a small amount of good game releases so far, some include the new Wolverine game, and the latest Chronicles of Riddick Game, but this will soon be picking up as you are about to see below.

The first large release is the next game in the Guitar Hero series, Guitar Hero Metallica which is due for release in just a few days. Whether you are a metal fan, guitar hero fan or just a Metallica fan, you will want this game because it contains a great setlist whatever you are a fan of.

Another release within the next few days is Terminator Salvation which is being released the same day as Guitar Hero Metallica. This game is based upon the storyline of the upcoming fouth Terminator film. It’s difficult to say whether the game will be up to scratch because it’s a movie game and the quality of these can sometimes dip.

Now, heading into the beginning of June, you can look forward to seeing some of the following:

The Sims 3, although I am not at all a fan of these games, no doubt this one will be massively popular and you can expect everything you love from the original games, aswell as a whole bundle of new features to discover.

The next game is Prototype, something slightly different with this one but hopefully it will be well made a fun to play. It would have been good to see a demo of this game before release but I don’t think we will be seeing one.

This next game will be hugely popular with the Batman fans among us, Batman Arkham Asylum. The new Batman Arkham Asylum game looks awesome and hopefully we won’t be let down by quality. There is some worries about the release date though because it was planned for June however there was some news that it was going to be delayed.

Planned to be released on the same day as Batman is yet another movie based game, Ghostbusters. There is some confusion around the release date of this one aswell because there are rumours that Sony have payed for an exclusive rights period for the PS3, but we’ll have to wait and see what happens.

Now into July we will see the release of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince game which will be similar to the Terminator game as in the quality will be unknown because it’s a movie game. Although I’m positive that every Potter fan will want to get their hands on this game.

Now comes the games that are set for later in the year but within those few months there are some real good ones. These include Dirt 2, the sequel to the amazingly popular Dirt game. Other games include Max Payne 3, another addition to the Rock Band series, The Beatles: Rock Band which also come with a range of brand new instruments. Other additions include Need for Speed Shift which is based on more realistic professional racing this time aswell as other games that include Bioshock 2, Bad Company 2 and finally Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.

There is certainly a huge amount of look forward to on the run up to Christmas and I’m sure that there will be a few more that pop up onto the radar in the next few months, most likely a few Guitar Hero games considering about 5 are planned for the rest of the year.

PvP After WotLK: Your Rogue Can Dominate

Player versus Player (PvP) combat is in your Rogue’s future, even if you’ve avoided it so far. WotLK transformed WoW World PvP. The big change is visible in the new real time PvP battle zone called Lake Wintergrasp. There, the fact of life is always-on, real-time World PvP.

In this new zone, you battle on the live server to earn points you can use to buy a wide variety of special items such as the new Heirloom items. These are items that any character in their account from level 1 to 80 and beyond can take advantage of.

Given the popularity of Lake Wintergrasp and the trend toward PvP combat in the gaming industry, there will surely be even more World PvP in the future. Here’s what you need to know to handle your Paladin in this new world:

Competing in WoW Player versus Player combat with a Rogue is really fun, if you know what you’re doing. With unique skills like poisoning, you have many different ways to stick it to your opponents. But all these unique skills come with a price: they can make playing a Rogue complicated. In short, playing a Rogue in PvP is an exciting challenge.

When played well, a Rogue delivers more DPS (Damage Per Second) than any other player class.. On top of that, Rogues have a Hunter’s speed and the melee ability of a Warrior, not to mention the crowd control ability of a Warlock. Learn to use your Rogue’s abilities to the max and you’ll be able to challenge anyone for dominance in player versus player combat.

The key to successfully playing a Rogue in PvP combat is combinations of attacks. With the right combos, called Stunlocks, a Rogue can so thoroughly dominate certain character types that they can terminate their target before the poor victim even gets off an attack! But to do this right, you have to learn the right combos for each opposing class, and to be able to execute them smoothly in combat.

Learning all the things you need to know about Rogue PvP combat can be difficult. Understanding and perfecting stunlocks is hard enough, since they require precise timing and detailed positioning. Then add in the use of poisons, dropping combat, and evasion, yet more precision skills you need to master. Getting all this right isn’t easy to do on your own. Fortunately for you, other players have blazed a path before you, and written down all the important stuff in PvP Guide books. Choosing the top Rogue PvP Guide can save you many hours of trial and error as you learn how to dominate the arena.

How Your Priest Can Dominate PvP Today

Player versus Player (PvP) combat is in your Priest’s future, even if you’ve avoided it so far. Wrath of the Lich King has brought a new emphasis to World PvP. There’s now a real time PvP battle zone called Lake Wintergrasp. There, the emphasis is on real-time World PvP. There players battle on the live server to win points that allow them to shop for all sorts of rare and valuable items.

Given the popularity of Lake Wintergrasp and the increasing amount of PvP combat in other popular games, there will surely be even more World PvP in the future. So let’s talk about how your Priest can dominate:

Competing in WoW PvP combat as a Priest requires a lot of forethought and planning. With loads of mana and all sorts of heals, a Priest can be a strong PvP combatant. On the other hand, with little health and no armor, if an opponent can get past your Priest’s defenses, it’s all over. If you want to be successful in Priest PvP combat, you had better have a smart plan. If you don’t, your Priest will be dying an awful lot.

When a Priest is part of a group in PvP combat, it’s usually assumed that the Priest is there to heal the rest of the party. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Holy and Discipline Priests are extremely useful to any arena or battleground groups, where they buff and debuff characters generally filling the time-honored healer role. Shadow Priests, on the other hand can be powerful DPS (Damage Per Second) dealers, with the added bonus of being able to heal when necessary. Whether your Priest provides aid and healing to your party, or kicks butt on the attack largely depends on how you develop and play the class.

A Priest can be quite effective against many classes – they can use Fear spells to control opponents and dish out DoTs (Damage Over Time) spells, while at the same time, they can dispell most any spell an opponent casts. But against other classes, a Priest without the right strategies is virtually defenseless. Without the correct strategy, a Priest has virtually no hope against Rogues, for example.

This is why a quality Priest PvP Guide is imperative for getting the best possible results. A good guide will not only show you strategies and tactics your Priest can use against each class, but will give the Priest a good idea about how other classes will approach the fight too. A good Priest PvP Guide provides more than just a few standard strategies for Priests. It should show how to take on each of the other classes in one on one duels. And it should show you how your Priest, whether Holy, Discipline, or Shadow spec, can best fit into a 2v2, 3v3, or 5v5 team.

Because a quality PvP Guide contains the hard-earned experience of Priests with a vast amount of experience, it will contain strategies and tactics that are not obvious to newer players. It will teach you the most important things to know, saving you a big block of time you would otherwise have to spend dying in battle before you become skilled at PvP combat.

Find out how your Priest can come to dominate any kind of PvP combat with the PvP Bible. Visit PvP-Bible.info to learn more about this great Priest PvP Guide, or get your own copy here.
