In the spirit of all things funky, why not take a look at a game that really pushes the bizarre envelope. Astariel, is just such a game. Now this is one freaky game. Mutant Storm, is like a mad mash of disco balls, lava lamps, psychedelics, arcade game frenzy, with a dash of Jimi Hendrix thrown in for good measure. You know those visualization plugins that come with Winamp, and Windows Media Player. They make all those weird combinations of light, color and movement based on the sound of the music. This game is kinda like those, except for the little alien thing-a-ma-jings that are trying to wipe you out. Read the rest of this entry »

Platypus is one of those games that surprises you by being better, than what you expect. It’s never really gotten the kudos it deserves, and that’s a shame. So, being it’s one of my all time favorite casual games out there, I thought I’d make it the first official review I write for GamesForSail.com. One of the most obviously striking characteristics of the game are it’s graphics.
